• Then we will do a floor plan of your new home with these furnishings.
• We can also arrange for appraisals and help you choose new furniture.

Because we have a fragile planet as well as subsequent health issues we know the importance of having eco-friendly materials in our homes. We have partnered up with companies who provide eco-friendly flooring, (FSW, Forestry Stewardship Council) or paint with low and no VOC (volatile organic compounds) content. In addition we reinvent your existing furniture. Our team is driven to get the best results for you.

Staging

It is a proven fact that staged homes sell faster and for a better return. Why taking a risk and having more showings as necessary. Most people decide in the first couple of seconds whether or not they feel comfortable in the house. As soon as they like the house they are more open minded to explore further. Make the first impression a lasting one !

Step 1 – The Consultation

We will assess your property and provide you with detailed written recommendations, your handbook.

Step 2 – The Touch-Ups

You decide how many of the available services you wish to use. If you require assistance to get the recommendations completed, we can help you. Rental furniture and decorative items are also available to pull the look together.

Step 3 – The Showcasing

We will return to showcase your property, creating areas of interest and applying techniques to best show off your home's positive features.

Finally, we'll give you tips on how to live in a staged house so that you're ready for a showing at a moment's notice.

Best of all, we can do all the work if you'd prefer. We'll wrap your china, put everything in labeled boxes – half your moving work will already be done.

Our design team is certified and insured . Using “buyer's” eyes, these professionals will apply the 3 R's – rearranging, refreshing, reducing – to make sure that potential buyers are not distracted by personal decor elements during the showing.
